You can now also walk-in without a deposit for an available time within 2 hours
of you contacting us to inquire about any last minute availability.

Our phone is only answered Thursday - Sunday between 10am - 8pm
If you have a prepaid voucher, you must call or text us to give us the voucher number, you can not book online due to the online required deposit. After we redeem your voucher and transfer it to a gift certificate you can book online or over the phone.

IF YOU NO CALL, NO SHOW THE FULL AMOUNT OF THE SERVICE IS DUE
Deposits are nonrefundable, If you call to cancel, you will lose your deposit.
You must reschedule your appointment to avoid losing your deposit

Please understand this
If you are late for your massage appointment, ​your massage will NOT be extended.
For example:
If you book a 60min massage that starts at 1pm and ends at 2pm
and you show up for your massage at 1:10pm.
Your massage will still stop at 2pm, It will NOT be extended to 2:10pm
I encourage  everyone to always show up 5-10min early for your appointment.
ALL CLIENTS MUST PAY A $30 DEPOSIT FOR IN OFFICE MASSAGES

$50 DEPOSIT FOR OUTCALL MASSAGES
(Full amount is due for massage teaching sessions)
If you book your appointment online yourself the deposit is required by debit/credit card.

*Yes, it is OK  to take a shower at home before your appointment,
your body should be clean before arriving for your massage.
 
**Do not drink heavy alcohol or any illegal drugs before coming to get a massage or personal fitness training session.
 
**Please place your cell phone on vibrate or silent before you enter our office.

The entire amount of your appointment is required starting 2 hours before you appointment and must be paid before or after check out.
No changes to lower the cost or lower the appointment length can be made under 2 hours before your appointment.

No one else is allowed in the massage room during a massage unless the person receiving the massage is younger than 18 years old.  Unless it is a  Private couples massage teaching session/Tandem Massage/Couple's Massage/Double's Massage
or if a valid reason is given.
You are allowed to give cash or credit/debit tips for  your massage  
**Please cancel your appointment if you feel sick, have a cough, have a sneeze, have a fever, have a cold, have breathing problems,  or have any contagious illnesses within 24 hours of your appointment.
You are still required to reschedule 2 hours before your appointment.

You or the therapist can end the massage session at any time if someone becomes uncomfortable.
