-Discounts does not apply add-ons, hourly chair massage at events, apprentice services, hotel massage, or products.
-Discounts do not apply to mileage fee or travel fee non massage only outcall services.
-*VIP Memberships are restricted to no more than 1 free massage every 24 hours.
-*Soft and beautiful membership is restricted to no more than 1 free mini facial every 24 hours.
-You will be charged automatically on the 1st or the 15th of every month.
-Cancel any time. No refunds on Membership charge unless you cancel within 24 hours of charge
-Memberships discounts can not be combined with any other offers, discounts or packages.
-Discount can only be used by you and not by a family member or a friend.
-Membership Discounts do not apply to Hotel + Massage service, unless it is the Outcall Service membership.
-Private massage classes are considered non massage services.
-Private classes and experiences are considered non massage services, even if the experience includes a massage.
Fee schedule:
-$5 fee on declined payments unless you make payment in less than 24 hours.
-$10 late fee on payments made starting on the 4th day after the 3 day grace period.
-$30 fee to reactivate a cancelled/paused membership.
-$30 fee to reschedule any appointment regardless of the price or membership with 2 hours of your appointment.
-Full normal priced amount due regardless of the price or membership for that service on no call, no shows or last minute cancellations.
-Membership will be terminated if membership payment, membership fees, reschedule fees, or full price of no call, no show service cost isn't paid within 10 days of due date. Due date is on the 1st or 15th for membership payment.
-Fees and no call, no show service cost due date is the original date of service.
-No monthly payment refund after 24hours of charge.
