If you are late for your massage appointment, your massage will NOT be extended.
For example:
If you book a 60min massage that starts at 1pm and ends at 2pm
and you show up for your massage at 1:10pm.
Your massage will still stop at 2pm, It will NOT be extended to 2:10pm
I encourage everyone to always show up 5-10min early for your appointment.
