If paying for hourly or daily rent, you must confirm with Chris the time and date you want to rent the room.
No refunds if you cancel your room booking 1 hour or less before your room rental time.
No refund if your client doesn't show up.
No refund if you can't access the building or office because you lost or forgot building key card or door code.
